How to practice mindfulness as a family

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 5 Americans under 18 experience a mental health disorder each year.1 Anxiety is the most common, which can begin as early as 3 years old. For Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re encouraging parents to help their children develop emotional resilience by practicing family mindfulness. A simple way to get started is playing a mindful game each night at bedtime. Here are two of our favorites:
