DEVELOPED IN COLLABORATION WITH SUSAN KAISER GREENLAND

 

Susan is the author of Mindful Games and an internationally recognized leader in teaching mindfulness and meditation to children, teens, and families. She was on the clinical team of the Pediatric Pain Clinic at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital and co-investigator on a UCLA research study on the impact of mindfulness in education. She has worked with our team to adapt her work and learnings to create the Stop, Breathe & Think Kids activities.

A GREAT WAY TO CREATE A POSITIVE DAILY ROUTINE

Stop, Breathe & Think for Kids offers children an easy and fun way to connect with and process their emotions. From counting breaths to friendly wishes or frog jumps, each activity brings fun rewards to keep them engaged and are a great way for grownups to spend quality time with their children.
